Security deposit: by credit card copy to guarantee the apartment (no amount will be blocked o preauth) Budoni; 100 euro in cash Olbia and Badesi; No Deposit Rooms Guest House Olbia;
Touristic tax: to pay on spot in Budoni and Olbia; Badesi and Rooms Guest House Olbia included.
Balance is to pay at arrival with credit card, instant bank transfer or cash.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Non Refundable Rate
No refund for cancellations or changes. Payment of 30% at the reservation moment.
Free Cancelation Rate
Credit Card as Guarantee and payment at arrival (in Badesi is requested a refundable deposit by bank transfer of 30%).
Free cancellation up to days written in the rate booked. After the free terms penalty of 30% and no show 100%.
Prepaid rate with Insurance
The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking. BeSafe Rate Payment Policy 30% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of 70% will be required at check-in/out. The Travel Cancellation insurance coverage included in the insurance policy will be applied to the prepaid amount, the included insurance coverage relating to assistance remains unchanged. Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT is included.
